The website is not a requirement to become an affiliate.  Rich Jerk encourages people to use their existing websites, blogs, forums, etc. to advertise their new business.  I don't have enough experience with this program to recommend it or review it.  It's one of the better offers I've seen and I wanted to pass it on.
